The main ingredient for cholesterol is the plant sterol complex. Plant sterols and stanols reliably lower bad and total cholesterol in people. A large pooled analysis of 131 trials with 13,062 adults found they lowered both more than placebo [1]. Another analysis of 124 studies found about 0.6 to 3.3 grams a day cut bad cholesterol by about 6 to 12 percent, with bigger effects up to about 3 grams [2]. In one trial, 1.5 grams a day in milk for 3 weeks lowered bad cholesterol by about 9.5 percent [3]. Benefits were also seen in people with inherited high cholesterol [4]. However, on this label the 2000 milligram sterol complex is a blend that also holds tribulus, kudzu and other herbs, so the actual amount of plant sterols is hidden and may be below the studied dose. The plant nutrient blend did not lower cholesterol in trials of similar products [5]. The fatty acid blend comes from flaxseed and lecithin, while the omega-3 studies mostly lowered blood fats called triglycerides with little effect on bad cholesterol [6]. The two remaining blends have no human studies for this goal. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Review Totals and Summary
Members Only23 reviews · 100% positive
Across the three stores there are 17 ratings in total (5 at Walmart, 6 at QFC and 6 at King Soopers), and the themes below come from the few written reviews that could be read on their pages. Only a handful of written comments were readable, and the same review from M Feradov appears to be repeated on all three pages, so it should not be counted as three separate opinions. The wording here covers the tablets only, and the summaries did not mention any other forms of the product. What buyers praise: Every written comment is positive. M Feradov calls it a really good natural supplement and says a difference was noticeable after only a few days of use. Gerald, whose Walmart review is marked as a verified purchase and an incentivized review, calls it a great supplement and says it gave lots of energy, helped healing and supported muscle growth. A third Walmart reviewer, tra, calls it a great product with great gains. The recurring themes are effects noticed within days, energy, support for recovery and healing, and muscle gains. Who it seems to suit: The feedback is framed around training. M Feradov recommends it to anyone who is training, and the other comments describe gains, muscle growth and healing, so it appears to appeal to people who exercise and want help with recovery and strength. Complaints: None of the readable written reviews contain a complaint. Nobody reports side effects, taste problems, size problems, or concerns about price, packaging or the tablets themselves. This reflects the absence of negative text, not a verified lack of problems. Taste, form, value and use: The reviews say nothing about taste, tablet size, ingredients, how the product was taken, dosing, value for money, or results over a longer period, so none of those can be judged from this feedback. Star ratings: The ratings are consistently favorable. At Walmart, 80% of ratings are five stars and 20% are four stars, with no lower scores. At QFC the ratings are two five-star and four four-star, averaging 4.33. At King Soopers the distribution is entirely four and five stars. Across all pages, no three-, two- or one-star ratings appear. Other notes: Several entries on the QFC and King Soopers pages, including one by mark34664 and an anonymous one, show only a rating and a note that the review was originally posted on pipingrock.com, with no written text. One Walmart review is likewise shown alongside a review from pipingrock.com. A few written reviews were readable in total, so the themes are narrow: quick noticeable results, energy, recovery and muscle gains, with consistently high star ratings but little detail beyond that.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Cholesterol
Plant sterols have strong human evidence for lowering cholesterol [1], but the sterol amount is hidden inside a blend and there are only 23 reviews, too few to rank higher than emerging.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
Where the evidence disagrees: 24 of the 131 human studies found no effect.

Combine with: For cholesterol support, phytosterols work well with soluble fiber such as psyllium or beta-glucan, which further reduce cholesterol absorption. Omega-3 fish oil helps lower triglycerides and supports overall heart health. Bergamot extract or red yeast rice (under medical guidance) can add LDL-lowering effects, and CoQ10 is useful if a med is used. Take phytosterols with meals, since they work in the gut alongside dietary fat. For the original anti-aging goal, choose products with NMN or NR, resveratrol, quercetin, PQQ, and alpha-lipoic acid. Consult a healthcare provider, especially if taking meds.
Possible side effects: No major side effects reported.
