Vitamin D is at a full dose when taken as two servings a day, as members are told. In people with type 2 diabetes, two large pooled analyses found that vitamin D modestly lowered fasting blood sugar, the long-term blood sugar marker and insulin resistance, most in people low in vitamin D [1][2]. In adults with prediabetes it cut the risk of developing diabetes by 15 percent over about 3 years [3]. However, a five-year trial of 22,220 older adults found no significant drop in diabetes risk [4], and another pooled analysis in prediabetes found no change in fasting blood sugar [5]. Calcium is also at a full dose. Taken together with vitamin D, it lowered fasting insulin and insulin resistance in men [6], improved insulin release in prediabetes [7], and lowered fasting blood sugar in pregnant women [8][9]. Calcium's own share is unclear because it was mostly studied alongside vitamin D. Vitamin K is well below the studied dose of 360 micrograms [10]. Its pooled results are mixed: some found lower blood sugar or insulin resistance [11][12], while others in healthy people found no change [13]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
The product is a calcium supplement, but the panel spoke about vitamin D and vitamin K, which are listed as main ingredients, and vitamin D drew the most attention. Nine of the ten panelists discussed vitamin D, and most of them recommend it or take it themselves, mainly for immune health, brain and mood, bone health, and getting through low sun months in fall and winter. Several named blood level targets, with ranges from 40 up to 100, and daily doses given were 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 by three panelists and at least 10,000 IU in winter by one. One panelist advises taking it with dietary fat for better absorption, one cautioned that most people gain little from it unless they are deficient, and one warned that official intake guidance is too low. Vitamin K2 came up with four panelists, who take 90 to 100 mcg in the morning or pair it with vitamin D to keep calcium in the bones and support arteries, and no one reported stopping either one.
