Vitamin D is at a full dose, but results for thyroid health are mixed. A pooled analysis of 12 trials in people with Hashimoto's found it lowered thyroid antibodies and raised thyroid hormones [1]. Another review found vitamin D alone did not lower antibodies over six months [2], and a 3-year trial in Graves' disease found no benefit [3]. Iodine reaches a full dose at two servings a day. It helps mainly people who lack it: in iodine-poor areas it shrank goitre [4] and cut cretinism in children of supplemented mothers [5]. Too much iodine can slow thyroid recovery [6]. Zinc reaches a studied dose only at four servings a day. A pooled analysis found that adding it to meds raised active thyroid hormone, with low certainty [7], and a review called the evidence inconclusive [8]. Vitamin A is well below the studied dose, though higher doses lowered thyroid-stimulating hormone in trials [9]. Vitamin C is at a trace dose with mixed results [10]. Studies show no thyroid benefit from vitamin E [11], vitamin B6 [12], folate [13] or vitamin B12 [14]. High-dose biotin can distort thyroid blood tests [15]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
All ten panelists spoke about zinc, the main ingredient, and none recommended against it; five of them recommend it and five say they use it. The recommenders link zinc to testosterone, prostate health, immune regulation, sperm health, and possibly sleep, and one suggested 30 milligrams for men preparing for IVF. Users take it for gut lining support (as zinc carnosine), to help absorb vitamin C in fall and winter, for longevity at 15 milligrams in the morning, and for skin as a sunscreen, and one said a little zinc helped a patient with psoriatic arthritis. One panelist, who gave a warning, takes zinc for one week before surgery and two weeks after for wound healing. Vitamin D, a smaller ingredient in this product, was widely used or recommended, with advice to take it with fat for better absorption.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Thyroid Health
Some human studies support zinc, iodine and vitamin D for thyroid health, but results are mixed and there are no reviews, so the evidence stays emerging. Zinc and iodine reach studied doses only at multiple servings [7][4].
Take 4 servings a day (8 gummies) to match the dose that worked in the studies.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
