Soluble fiber is the main ingredient at a full dose. Several large pooled analyses of trials in people with type 2 diabetes found that soluble fiber lowered long-term blood sugar, fasting glucose and insulin resistance [1][2][3]. Note that these analyses suggested about 7.6 to 13 grams a day, more than the 3 grams here [1][2]. In overweight adults, fiber supplements modestly lowered fasting glucose [4]. Vitamin D is also at a full dose. In people with type 2 diabetes it modestly lowered fasting blood sugar, long-term blood sugar and insulin resistance, most clearly in people low in vitamin D [5][6]. However, a large five-year trial in older adults found no clear drop in diabetes risk [7]. Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B6, folate, biotin, magnesium and zinc are all well below the doses that helped in studies, so their benefits should not be expected here [8][9][10]. Niacin and selenium did not help blood sugar in larger trials [11][12]. The greens blend has no human studies. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
This product has no main ingredient with panel statements, so the panel's comments are all about smaller ingredients in this product. Vitamin D drew the most comment, with most of the panel recommending or using it for general health, immune support, muscle and brain function, and healing; doses ranged from 5000 IU a day to 10,000 IU in winter, several said to take it with dietary fat, and a few suggested testing blood levels. Magnesium was used or recommended by most of the panel, mainly for sleep, with glycinate and threonate the preferred forms, one person taking 400 mg of threonate before bed, and one warning that supplement labels can make the dose look larger than it is. Vitamin C was recommended by four of them, often paired with collagen for joints and connective tissue, and zinc was recommended or used by a few for gut lining, prostate and sleep support, while folate and vitamin E each got only a passing neutral mention from one person.
