Members Only196 human studies · 81 improved
14 of these 196 human studies gave the ingredient by drip or injection, not by mouth.
Riboflavin is the only ingredient at or above a studied dose. Construction workers who drank juice with added riboflavin for 4 weeks reported less fatigue [1]. A 12-week trial of a nutrient mix with riboflavin in dialysis patients did not reduce fatigue [2]. Most other ingredients are well below the doses that showed effects. Vitamin A eased fatigue at much higher doses in multiple sclerosis and COVID-19 [3][4]. It did not help vitality in a 6-year antioxidant trial [5]. Vitamin D helped tired people who were low in it, at higher doses [6]. A large trial at a similar low dose found no change in energy [7]. Vitamin C helped mainly in people with low levels, at 250 milligrams or more [8]. Thiamine helped older women with mildly low levels at 10 milligrams [9]. B6 and E are at trace doses. Vitamin B12 did not boost energy in people who were not deficient [10]. Pantothenic acid showed no exercise benefit [11]. Biotin has only an uncontrolled blend study in people [12]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Nature's Blend Multivitamin no Minerals earns generally positive feedback, with about 66 ratings across the stores that sell it. Most buyers who left stars gave 4 or 5, and the praise centers on the mineral-free formula, while the complaints are mostly about shipping. **What buyers say it did for them:** Buyers value being able to take vitamins without taking minerals. One says it lets them "supplement my vitamins without having to worry about getting toxic levels of minerals." Another found it a good fit when there is too much potassium in their system. Reviewers describe it as hard to find, and one says "It's hard to find vitamins without minerals, and this does it." Nobody describes a specific change in how they felt, so the praise is about the formula rather than about results. **What they complain about:** The criticism is about delivery and service, not the tablets themselves. One buyer wrote "Shipping was delayed many times," and said this was not mentioned at checkout. The harshest review says "Paid $35 and haven't received my vitimans," even after emailing the company and Walmart. One reviewer who gave three stars wanted a different form and wrote "I wish you had gummies, would buy more." That comment is about gummies, which are left out of this summary. **Taste, smell, pill size or form:** The reviews say nothing about taste, smell or pill size. The only comment on form is the gummy request above, and this summary covers the tablets only. **Value for money:** One buyer calls it "good value for your money." The $35 price appears in the complaint about an order that never arrived, so that buyer has no view of value. Beyond these, there is little discussion of price. **Who it seems to suit and who it did not:** It seems to suit people who want vitamins with no minerals. One reviewer says some minerals interact with medications, making ordinary multivitamins unsuitable for some people, and calls this product "a pleasant exception." Another uses it because of high potassium. The people it did not work out for were those who had trouble with delivery, and the buyer who wanted gummies. Shoppers who need a dependable delivery date may want to check shipping times before ordering. Other reviewers found shipping fine, with one saying "Good product, nicely shipped," and another praising "great service."
Biohacker Summary
Members Only8 of 10 recommend it
Biotin is the main ingredient, and the panel is split and lukewarm on it: two of the ten recommend it, mainly for hair strength and hair follicle health, while four warn or voice doubt and the rest only mention it. One panelist calls it overhyped and thinks enough protein is probably better for hair, skin and nails, and two warn that biotin supplements can throw off hormone blood tests, so they advise avoiding it before testing. Nobody gave a biotin dose, a preferred form, or anything to pair it with, and no one said they stopped taking it. Among the smaller ingredients in this product, vitamin D drew the most comment, with several panelists taking about 5,000 IU a day, preferring to take it with dietary fat, and a few also praising vitamin C, folate and vitamin A.

- Recommends taking vitamin D on non-liver days to ensure both nutrients get proper receptor access.
- Recommends consuming vitamin C to aid in NADPH recycling, which is necessary for glutathione to be reused after neutralizing oxidative stress.
- Takes Purity's liquid liposomal vitamin C for immune support and overall wellness, finding it easy to add to water, juice, or take straight up due to its good taste.
- Takes Purity's liquid vitamin D3 with K2 because she is constantly inside during the day; D3 is for overall wellness and K2 helps the body absorb calcium properly.
- Compares the Vitamin C content of oranges (53mg) to guava (228mg), noting guava has 4x more.

- States that currently, he is only taking vitamin C and vitamin D.
- Dave Asprey's kids get a little bit of vitamin E every day, which helps to stabilize the bad oils they get when eating at restaurants.

- States that most people on the spectrum are low in vitamin D and need more of it, mentioning his own product, Vitam DAKNE, which contains real vitamin A.
- Recommends real vitamin A for people on the spectrum, noting that many cannot convert plant vitamin A and need the good stuff he includes in his Vitam DAKNE product.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Energy
The tier 3 grade rests on animal studies of biotin, which is a trace ingredient whose only human study was an uncontrolled blend study, while every human-studied ingredient is below the studied dose or has mixed or negative results, so the evidence is thin. So it is graded Tier 4, lower than the rules alone gave.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
Where the evidence disagrees: 91 of the 196 human studies found no effect.

Combine with: To support thyroid health, pair this vitamin-only formula with selenium (about 100-200 mcg, as selenomethionine) for deiodinase function and antioxidant protection of thyroid tissue, and zinc (about 8-15 mg) for T3 and TSH regulation. Iodine (about 150 mcg) may help if dietary intake is low, but avoid it or consult a clinician if you have autoimmune thyroiditis such as Hashimoto's, since excess iodine can worsen it. Iron, if ferritin is low, and magnesium can also support thyroid hormone metabolism. L-tyrosine provides a hormone precursor, and ashwagandha may help some people with subclinical hypothyroidism, but it should be used cautiously and only under medical supervision. Separate meds such as a med from minerals like iron and calcium by at least 4 hours, and check with a healthcare provider before starting. Note that high-dose biotin can interfere with thyroid lab tests, so stop it a few days before bloodwork.
Possible side effects: No major side effects reported. At much higher doses than in this product, niacin can cause flushing, stomach upset and fatigue.
