Study, Trial or Testing Result Summary
Members Only25 human studies · 15 improved
Two of the three ingredients are taken at doses that worked in studies. Corn leaf extract is given at 500 milligrams. In one small placebo-controlled trial of 45 adults, 250 or 500 milligrams each night for 4 weeks lowered saliva cortisol, a stress hormone made by the adrenal glands, by up to 36 percent and improved sleep and mood [1]. This is a single short study. L-theanine is given at 200 milligrams, and its results are mixed. Single 200 milligram doses lowered cortisol or a saliva stress enzyme during stress tests in some trials [2][3][4]. Another trial found no change in saliva stress markers [5]. A month of 400 milligrams daily did not change cortisol more than placebo [6]. A pooled analysis of 31 trials found only modest stress reduction, mostly from lower-quality studies [7]. Chamomile is given at 100 milligrams, but it is unclear how that compares with studied doses. Its evidence is thin. One study with no placebo group linked improved anxiety with higher morning cortisol [8]. Another used a chamomile oil massage, not a capsule [9]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
Theanine is the main ingredient here, and the panel is strongly in favor of it: nearly all ten recommend or use it, and the rest are neutral. Most of the panel take it before bed for sleep, and the dose they name most often is 200 mg, with a few taking 100 mg and one taking 300 mg. Others use it in the morning or pair it with coffee, usually 100 to 200 mg alongside caffeine, to get calm focus with fewer jitters and less stress. One panelist also mentioned it in connection with vivid dreams, one pairs it with other focus ingredients, and one said it may help with low mood; nobody said they stopped taking it. Chamomile is a smaller ingredient in this product and got only passing mentions from two panelists, while corn also appeared in the panel's comments but drew mostly warnings.
