Curcumin, at a full dose here, has the strongest support. A review of 103 trials with 7,216 people found it lowered body weight [1], and a review of 111 trials found about 0.8 kilograms more loss than placebo [2]. In seven trials of 447 women with polycystic ovary syndrome, body mass index dropped slightly [3]. Chromium is at a full dose when taken three times a day, but in women it mostly did not help weight [4][5]. Akkermansia, at an unclear dose, led to less weight regain after dieting in one trial [6], but showed no overall weight difference in another [7]. Dihydroberberine is below the studied dose, and no study tested it directly. Its parent compound, berberine, gave modest weight loss in some reviews [8] but not in others [9]. Cinnamon is well below the studied dose. Reviews found about 1 kilogram of weight loss at much higher amounts [10]. Quercetin, at an unclear dose, has too little human evidence; one small trial found no clear change in waist size [11]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

California Gold Nutrition GLP-1 Supreme has generated a range of feedback from real users, though the sentiment leans largely positive. Many customers praise the product for delivering noticeable benefits tied to appetite management and overall well-being. A recurring point in numerous reviews is that users have felt a genuine difference in their cravings and have found it easier to manage portion sizes, which they attribute to consistent use of this supplement. Several reviewers also mention feeling more energized or generally better, noting that the product fits easily into their daily routines thanks to its straightforward dosing and neutral taste, which doesn't overpower or linger. Customers often express satisfaction with the perceived quality, highlighting that capsules are easy to swallow and the packaging arrived intact and prompt, as expected from iHerb orders. It's also common to find reviewers who have been integrating it with other health strategies and are pleased with the support it provides, remarking that it has become a staple in their supplement regimen. However, not all users share the same level of enthusiasm. A smaller group reports more neutral reactions, with several stating that while the product is easy to take, they haven't experienced any significant or dramatic results. Some note that effects are subtle or have taken longer to manifest than anticipated, which has led to ambiguous feelings about continued use. These reviewers sometimes question whether the supplement’s benefits are truly noticeable or perhaps being influenced by other lifestyle changes they’re making simultaneously. There are also occasional mentions of users not detecting much change at all and expressing uncertainty on whether they would repurchase, although they tend to appreciate the product’s lack of negative side effects. On the negative end of the spectrum, a minority of customers are dissatisfied, primarily pointing to a lack of perceivable effect. A handful mention that they saw no changes in appetite or energy, regardless of consistent use, and conclude the product did not meet their expectations. In rarer cases, some complaints relate to shipping delays or packaging, but these are less about the actual supplement and more about the ordering process. Notably, there are very few reports of adverse reactions or problems with tolerability, which suggests that, even for less satisfied customers, side effects are not a prominent issue. Overall, the prevailing theme among reviews for California Gold Nutrition GLP-1 Supreme is moderate to high satisfaction, especially in terms of ease of use and incremental support for appetite management. While many users seem happy with their purchase and eager to recommend it for those seeking gentle, supplementary wellness support, there’s also a notable group who find the results subtle or inconclusive, alongside a small but clear segment left disappointed by the lack of tangible effects. This blend of feedback underscores the variable nature of supplement response and highlights that, though positive experiences are most common, individual results can vary considerably.

Biohacker Summary

Members Only8 of 10 recommend it
8 of 10 biohackers on our panel recommend it

The panel leans toward curcumin, the main ingredient: four of the ten recommend it and one uses a nanoparticle version, while four are neutral and one warns against it during pregnancy. People take it mainly for inflammation, with some also citing joint pain, immune support, brain health and aging. On forms, one prefers the phytosomal kind because standard curcumin is broken down quickly, one favors tetrahydro curcuminoids, one notes it barely absorbs without black pepper, and one suggests eating it in curries, but no one gives a dose. One panelist adds that no supplement replaces sleep, food, exercise and stress care, and another says another compound outperforms curcumin for one body pathway. Berberine is a smaller ingredient in this product and is the most discussed, with several using or recommending it for blood sugar, though one stopped it because of headaches and a blood sugar drop, and another warns against taking it on an empty stomach.
