Nobi Nutrition Magnesium + Ashwagandha Capsules Review
Nobi Nutrition Magnesium + Ashwagandha Capsules are a stress support and relaxation formula. Each serving contains 400mg of Magnesium Citrate to help support muscle relaxation, and 500mg of Ashwagandha to help support stress. The product is presented under the headline Relax Your Mind and Body, and the page explains that the formula is meant to help the body relax and feel calmer during the day. The stress support section describes ashwagandha as an adaptogen herb widely known for helping the body adapt to stressors, and states that the formula contains 500mg of Organic Ashwagandha Root to help promote a healthy stress response. The unwind section explains that magnesium helps support proper muscle function to ease tight, sore, and cramped muscles, promote muscle relaxation, or soothe tired muscles after exercise. The page also says Magnesium + Ashwagandha may help you sleep better due to its relaxing properties. The unmatched quality section states that the product is made without dairy, gluten, GMOs, or soy, in a facility that adheres to GMP standards. The directions say to take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. The bottle is offered in a 120 count or 240 count size. The 120 count is listed at 29.94 dollars as a one time purchase, with a subscribe and save option at 26.95 dollars with 10 percent off, and the 240 count is listed at 48.99 dollars. The ingredient panel lists magnesium as citrate and oxide, and ashwagandha root extract with 1.5 percent withanolides. Shipping is free on orders over 40 dollars within the domestic United States, excluding U.S. territories, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii, and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The page notes the product is manufactured in a GMP certified facility. Product images show the bottle and a supplement facts label, along with callouts about the stress support formula and balance and well being, pairing the product with scenes of relaxation, stretching, and family time.

Members Only83 human studies · 64 improved
5 of these 83 human studies gave the ingredient by drip, not by mouth.
Each capsule serving gives 500 milligrams of ashwagandha root extract, a full dose. Pooled trials show ashwagandha eases stress and anxiety, and the best stress effect came at 300 to 600 milligrams a day, though the certainty of that evidence was low [1]. Across 23 placebo-controlled trials with 1,706 adults, it lowered the stress hormone cortisol, though results varied a lot between trials [2]. Another pooled analysis found lower perceived stress, anxiety and cortisol [3]. In 186 stressed adults over 60 days, it reduced stress and anxiety and improved sleep compared with placebo [4]. In 141 adults, 600 milligrams daily for 8 weeks lowered stress and anxiety more than placebo [5]. The serving also gives 400 milligrams of magnesium, which is above the recommended daily upper limit for supplements, so members can take less. Magnesium's own evidence for calm is weaker. It lowered cortisol over 24 weeks compared with placebo [6] and reduced anxiety in an earlier trial without a placebo group [7]. However, it did not improve sleep more than placebo in older adults [8]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Across the stores that sell it, the Nobi Nutrition Magnesium + Ashwagandha capsules carry about 312 ratings, and buyers are mostly very satisfied. Most of the praise is about calmer evenings and better sleep, and the few criticisms are minor. **What buyers say it did for them:** Sleep is the main benefit. Buyers say it helps them fall asleep and stay asleep, and some describe deeper rest. One says "I find it hard to stay asleep sometimes. I take these occasionally and they work wonders." Another says it "Helps sleep deeper!" Calm and stress relief come next: "assisting in reducing stress, calm you down and help with better sleep." One reviewer says their muscles feel relaxed after each day. The brand's own site also mentions relief from leg cramps that had been disrupting sleep, and help with anxiety and calming the mind for rest. Some people have used it for over a year. Single reviewers mention better overall mood, bone health, and hair, but these are one-off comments. **What they complain about:** Complaints are few. One buyer on the brand's site says it helped for a while, but their body seemed to get used to it and it is now less helpful. One reviewer says it causes "frequent needs to want to go to the washroom," while another says the magnesium doesn't harm their digestion. One would rather take the whole daily dose in a single pill: "I prefer to take all daily dose in one pill." Vitacost shows a few three-star and two-star ratings that are not explained in the written text. **Taste, smell, and pill size:** Buyers describe the capsules as easy to swallow, with no taste or smell. One says "Easy swallow and no smell." Size is called "very good," "okay," and standard compared with other supplements. One buyer likes capsules better than tablets and feels they work more effectively. Another is happy to take one capsule instead of two separate supplements. **Value for money:** Price is barely discussed. No reviewer calls it good or poor value. Praise centres on quality, clean ingredients, and good packaging. One reviewer says one package is enough for a full course, and another is on a second bottle. A couple say they will buy again. **Who it seems to suit:** It suits people who want one capsule combining magnesium and ashwagandha for evening relaxation and sleep. This includes people who already took both separately: "I have been taking both Magnesium and Ashwagandha separately for some years." It also suits people who want a capsule with no taste or smell and a gentle effect on digestion. One buyer pairs it with apigenin at bedtime and says it works fine. It suited people who wake during the night as well as those who struggle to fall asleep. It was less suited to anyone who wants the full dose in one pill, to the buyer who found the effect faded over time, and to the reviewer who noticed more frequent bathroom trips. Reviews of other forms of the product were left out; this summary covers the capsules only. The written feedback is short and mostly positive, so it says little about long-term results.
Biohacker Summary
Members Only9 of 10 recommend it
Ashwagandha, the main ingredient, gets a mostly positive reaction: five of the ten panelists recommend it, one uses it, and three are neutral but describe real effects. Panelists take it for stress, anxiety, lower cortisol, sleep, and in some cases testosterone, with one noting it may not be for everyone and one noting a lack of detailed sleep testing. Doses mentioned were 250 milligrams a day, and a range of 120 to 1,000 milligrams for at least six weeks, with most studies using 400 to 600 milligrams. One panelist advises a standardized extract and another says a real standardized extract at a real dose is what works. Magnesium is a smaller ingredient in this product, and the panel mostly takes it for sleep, with a caution that labels can overstate how much actual magnesium is in a dose.

Members OnlyBody systems · Combine with · Possible side effects
Body systems: Nervous system, Endocrine system
Combine with: For stress and calm, pair this with L-theanine (100-200 mg) for relaxed focus, glycine (3 g) or melatonin at low doses in the evening for sleep quality, and rhodiola for daytime resilience. If the real aim is better blood flow, add L-citrulline (3-6 g) or beetroot extract for nitric oxide support, omega-3 fish oil (EPA/DHA) for endothelial health, and CoQ10 for vascular and mitochondrial function. Take magnesium glycinate or citrate with food, and consult a healthcare provider if you use blood pressure, thyroid, sedative, or immunosuppressant medications, as ashwagandha can interact with them.
Possible side effects: Four ashwagandha trials reported mild to moderate side effects. One buyer reported more frequent trips to the bathroom, and another felt the effect faded over time.
