For energy, the best support in this multivitamin comes from vitamin D, given here at a full studied dose. It eased tiredness mainly in people low in vitamin D: one trial saw 72% improve versus 50% on placebo [1], and 2,000 units daily lowered fatigue in active men [2]. A very large trial using a lower dose found no change in energy [3]. Iron reduces tiredness in people low in iron [4][5], but not in people with normal iron [6]. Magnesium results are mixed. Oral magnesium helped some groups with health conditions [7][8], while other trials found no benefit [9]. Selenium, at half the studied dose per capsule, showed modest gains in some groups [10] but none in a large trial of healthy adults [11]. Vitamin A, vitamin E, thiamine and vitamin B6 are well below the doses studied. Vitamin B12, folate, niacin and zinc showed little or no energy benefit in controlled trials [12][13][14]. The probiotics and enzymes are hidden in blends, with only small trials showing weak or no effect [15][16]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Across the stores that sell it, this vegan daily multivitamin for women has about 406 ratings, and most buyers are happy: 89% of the starred reviews give 4 or 5 stars. People like the one-a-day dose, the vegan capsule and the price. The main complaint is a strong smell that bothered at least one buyer. **What buyers say it did for them:** Few describe a noticeable effect. One says "it makes me feel good" and another simply that it "works well." One reviewer with complicated health problems had blood work done and said their vitamin levels were good. Others focus on the formula rather than on results, calling it complete and balanced. One buyer liked that it avoids "overkill" doses of individual vitamins. **What they complain about:** The one low rating is about smell. That buyer said it "makes me nauseous just opening the lid" and gave up after about a week. A five-star reviewer also mentioned that the smell and the after-burps taste like "strong vitamin flavor." These complaints are few, but they are the only negatives. **Taste, smell, pill size and form:** Most people find the capsule easy to take. One said it is "not difficult to swallow" with no aftertaste, and another said there is "No 'off' taste." The smell divides opinion. One buyer noticed a fruity smell and took it as a good sign given the superfoods, while another found it unpleasant. It is one capsule a day, which several reviewers specifically liked. One also felt the natural capsule form makes it "more readily available to the body." **Value for money:** Buyers who mention price are positive. One called it "the best price and the best quality" they had found. Another said it offers "added bonuses that others do not contain for the price." Those extras include small amounts of enzymes and probiotics. **Who it seems to suit and who it did not:** Several reviews are from women over 50, and some of them chose it because the product is aimed at that age group. It suits people who want a vegan product, and one buyer said it is one of few women's multivitamins without gelatin and plans to keep buying it. A reviewer who can't tolerate high-dose vitamins found the lower daily values gentle and a good fit, and they are a repeat customer. It suits those who want moderate amounts rather than high doses. It did not suit someone who is sensitive to strong smells, as the one-star reviewer found. One buyer also mentioned a quick, helpful reply from the company when they emailed with questions. Reviews of other forms of this product, such as gummies or powder, were left out. This summary covers the capsules only.

Biohacker Summary

Members Only8 of 10 recommend it
8 of 10 biohackers on our panel recommend it

Magnesium is the main ingredient, and the panel leans favorable: four of the ten take it themselves, one recommends it for sleep, and the rest mention it neutrally or with a caution. Sleep is the most common reason, with others citing stress resilience, muscle recovery, workout performance, and calming hunger around a fast. Preferred forms are glycinate and threonate, with one panelist taking 400 mg of threonate before bed and another using a 30 milligram electrolyte drink in the morning. One panelist notes that magnesium alone does not fix waking up during the night, and another warns that labels can make the dose look larger than it really is. Vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc are smaller ingredients in this product that several panelists also recommend, while one panelist said that no form of iron ever raised his levels.

RAL Summary

Members OnlyTier 3 for Energy

The tier rests on an 80% improvement figure that comes from one small trial of weekly magnesium sulphate injections in chronic fatigue syndrome, not oral magnesium like this capsule, and the magnesium studies overall are mixed (7 improved, 9 no effect). So it is graded Tier 3, lower than the rules alone gave.

Take 3 servings a day (3 capsules) to match the dose that worked in the studies.

Where the evidence disagrees: 124 of the 292 human studies found no effect.

Combine with: For mood support, pair this multivitamin with a high-EPA omega-3 fish or algal oil (1-2 g EPA+DHA daily), which has the best evidence for supporting emotional balance. Add vitamin D3 with K2 if levels are low, and magnesium glycinate for nervous system and mood regulation. Saffron extract (about 30 mg daily) or L-theanine can offer targeted mood and calm benefits, and methylfolate with methylcobalamin supports neurotransmitter synthesis if the multivitamin's amounts are modest. Ashwagandha or rhodiola may help if stress is driving mood changes. Women who are not iron deficient should check ferritin levels before long-term supplemental iron, and should separate iron from calcium, zinc or coffee to improve absorption.

Possible side effects: One buyer found the smell made them feel sick and stopped after a week, and another mentioned strong vitamin-tasting burps. No other side effects were reported.
