37 of these 282 human studies gave the ingredient by drip, injection or inhaler, not by mouth.
Only thiamine and riboflavin are present at a full studied dose. In 80 older women who were slightly low in thiamine, 10 mg a day for 6 weeks lowered fatigue and improved well-being [1]. Higher-dose thiamine helped fatigue in people with bowel disease [2] but not in people with a liver disease [3]. Riboflavin in fortified juice lowered fatigue in construction workers [4], but a nutrient mix with riboflavin did not help dialysis patients [5]. Selenium reaches a full dose only at three servings a day; it lifted mood and eased tiredness in people who ate little selenium [6], but a six-year trial saw no change in vitality [7]. Vitamins A, D and B6 and iron are below the doses that helped in studies, and they mainly helped people who were low or ill [8][9][10]. Vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium, zinc and manganese are present only in trace amounts. Vitamin B12 did not boost energy in people who were not deficient [11]. Rutin has only been tested in animals [12]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Written feedback on this product is limited and mostly comes from marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Buyers, many of them Spanish-speaking and in the Latino diaspora, usually describe it as a familiar, trusted multivitamin they buy again. They like the capsule format and call it a good everyday option. The Amazon listing for the 30-capsule pack is rated about 4.4 stars from a small number of ratings, and eBay buyers use short phrases such as "excellent product" and "great product." Most eBay comments are about the seller. They praise careful packaging, fast delivery and accurate descriptions more than any effect of the supplement. Few reviewers describe specific results such as more energy, better sleep or relief from tingling. When they do, the comments are positive but general, and they do not report dramatic or fast effects. Retailer pages echo the marketing themes of fatigue, energy and nerve support, but that is promotional language, not customer experience. The most specific complaint I found concerns shelf life. One Spanish-language Amazon reviewer said the capsules are good but expire quickly. This matches a wider concern with imported supplements and third-party sellers, where buyers should check expiry dates. Price is another theme. The same product sells for about $12 to $17 for 30 to 100 capsules at some US sellers. Other retailers charge much more, including about $42 for 100 softgels on a specialty site, and shipping adds to the cost. Some buyers see this as a reason to compare sellers. Several listings also have inconsistent names and descriptions, such as "H3," "H3 EF," "Regular" and "Antioxidant," and different capsule counts. Some eBay listings even show an unrelated ingredient list. This can confuse buyers about which formula they are getting. I found no meaningful customer discussion of side effects, pill size or taste. That is too little evidence to say those are not problems. Taken together, the feedback suggests a dependable, inexpensive and familiar multivitamin whose main strengths are convenience and brand familiarity. Its main weaknesses are the quality of its sellers, expiry dates and unclear versions. It does not have much detailed, independently verified evidence of benefit.

The main ingredient here is not clearly identified in the panel's statements, since every ingredient is a smaller ingredient in this product, so the panel's views are best read ingredient by ingredient. Vitamin D drew the most support: most of the panel recommend or use it, for general health, immune, brain and muscle support, with doses of 5,000 units a day from one panelist and 10,000 or more in winter from another, taken with dietary fat for better absorption and with blood levels tested. Magnesium is used by several for sleep, in forms like glycinate and threonate, with one panelist taking 400 mg before bed and another warning that labels can make the dose look larger than it is. Zinc gets support for prostate and wound healing, with a caution that too much can lead to low copper, and one panelist stopped iron after years of trying it without raising his levels. Vitamin C is paired with collagen for joints and connective tissue, and potassium is best taken from foods like bananas and potatoes rather than supplements, according to one panelist.

Members OnlyTier 4 for Energy
Human studies support Zinc (2 of 16 human studies showed an improvement), but there are not yet enough reviews to confirm it (0). The final check notes: The rules based the tier on zinc, which this product has only in trace amounts (0.4 mg a day) and which mostly showed no effect on energy; the evidence still supports only a thin-evidence tier, based on thiamine and riboflavin at full dose.
Take 3 servings a day (3 capsules) to match the dose that worked in the studies.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
Where the evidence disagrees: 121 of the 282 human studies found no effect.

Combine with: If the goal is mood support, pair a general vitality formula with ingredients that have clinical evidence for mood: omega-3 fish oil (EPA-dominant, 1-2 g/day), vitamin D3 if levels are low, magnesium glycinate, and a B-complex with methylfolate and B12. Saffron extract (about 30 mg/day), L-theanine, or ashwagandha may help emotional balance and stress-related low mood. Check the label for overlapping vitamins and minerals to avoid exceeding upper limits. Consult a healthcare professional before combining with meds, since St. John's wort, 5-HTP and SAMe can interact with them and cause serotonin syndrome. Persistent low mood needs medical evaluation.
Possible side effects: No major side effects reported. One reviewer noted that the capsules expire quickly.
