This gummy multivitamin has not been tested itself for building muscle, and most of its ingredients either show no benefit or are below the doses studied. Vitamin D taken alone did not build muscle. A three-year trial of 2157 adults aged 70 and older found no gain in lean muscle [1], and adding vitamin D to weight training added nothing in 95 older adults [2]. One pooled analysis found vitamin D with exercise helped leg strength only [3]. Folate reaches the studied dose at two servings a day. One small trial of 40 young men found folic acid plus weight training added muscle [4], but other trials used mixed products [5]. Magnesium reaches the studied dose at three servings, but pooled trials found no clear strength benefit [6]. Vitamin E did not improve strength [7], and chromium did not add lean mass or strength [8]. Vitamin C here is well below the studied dose, and high doses of vitamin C with vitamin E blunted training gains in some trials [9]. Selenium, niacin, thiamin and riboflavin are present only in low or trace amounts compared with the doses studied. Calcium alone did not build muscle [10]. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
This gummy is a multivitamin, so every ingredient in it is a smaller ingredient in this product, and the panel spoke about each one separately. Vitamin D drew the most support: most of the panel recommend or take it, for general health, immunity, muscle, brain health and healing, and they say to take it with dietary fat and have blood levels tested. Doses they gave were 5,000 IU a day from one panelist and at least 10,000 IU a day in winter from another, with one warning that the official daily amount is far too low. Magnesium is used by several for sleep, especially in the glycinate and threonate forms taken before bed, though two panelists were neutral and one warned that labels can make the dose look larger than it is. Vitamin C is recommended by several, often with collagen, and zinc is recommended for prostate and gut health, with one panelist also warning about high doses and another warning about high iodine intake.

RAL Summary
Members OnlyTier 4 for Muscle and Strength
Emerging tier because the studies are thin or mixed. Vitamin D alone did not build muscle in large trials [1], and only one small folic acid trial was positive [4]. No reviews have been counted to confirm any benefit.
Take 3 servings a day (9 gummies) to match the dose that worked in the studies.
- Emerging: not enough evidence to rank higher yet.
Where the evidence disagrees: 113 of the 241 human studies found no effect.
