This pack gives a full daily dose of iodine, which helps the thyroid mainly in people who do not get enough: it shrank iodine-deficiency goitre by about 37 percent [1] and cut childhood cretinism in iodine-poor pregnancies [2], though too much iodine can slow thyroid recovery [3]. Zinc reaches a studied dose at three servings a day. It raised active thyroid hormone alongside meds [4], but other trials found little or no change [5][6], and a review called the evidence inconclusive [7]. Selenium reaches a studied dose at two servings a day. It lowered thyroid antibodies in Hashimoto thyroiditis [8] and restored normal function in 31 percent of people with a mildly underactive thyroid [9], though one review judged the evidence too weak for routine use [10]. Vitamin C at a full dose gave mixed results [11][12]. Vitamin D gave mixed results as well, lowering antibodies in one pooled review [13] but not in another [14]. Vitamin A and magnesium are below the doses studied [15][16]. The potassium here does not carry the iodide or bromide behind the potassium study benefits. Animal and cell studies are never counted.

Biohacker Summary
Members Only0 of 10 recommend it
Zinc is the main ingredient, and nine of the ten panelists spoke about it, with most recommending it or using it. Several link it to hormones and the prostate, with two saying it matters for testosterone, while others use it for gut lining, immune support alongside vitamin C, wound healing around surgery, skin, and sleep and blood vessel relaxation. One panelist takes 15 mg in the morning for longevity, and another takes a much larger amount around surgery but warns that overshooting zinc can lead to low copper. Zinc carnosine was the form named for gut support, and a zinc sunscreen was mentioned for skin. Selenium was the main ingredient for one panelist, who says shortfalls can weaken immune balance, and vitamin D and magnesium were smaller ingredients in this product that many on the panel also take.
